cabinets and thereby excellent as a replacement unit.
The compact size of the system makes it perfect for use in 19″ or 23″ wide
racks and cabinets. Built as a plug-and-play system, the Flatpack S 1U reduces
installation time and enables cost-effective deployment.

Flatpack S 2U
This small power dense system is purely based on pluggable breakers and rectifiers and can easily be configured to fit your required application, even in field. The combination of Flatpack S HE rectifier and Smartpack S controller ensures safe, reliable and environmental friendly operation.

The shallow depth makes it suitable for most cabinets and excellent as a replacement unit. And as it is all based on the well proven Eltek technology, the Flatpack S family is the key for future needs.

Flatpack 2 rectifier systems are most popular. Rectifiers having 2kW and 3kW power output and there are HE ( high efficiency 96%) and SHE (super high efficiency 98%) versions. Systems are highly configurable and its possible to gather systems from 2kW to 288kW. It is possible to use different controllers, breakers, disconnectors etc. Factory assembled systems are ready to use, but users can still fine-tune their systems by adjusting more than 500 parameters like voltages, alarms, delays, hysteresis, network settings etc.

The Flatpack2 2U Integrated has been specifically designed to meet the demand for higher density and more compact power solutions.It is suitable for applications needing an expandable, easily serviceable and reliable power supply, fitting within a minimal space.

Flatpack2 48V/300A 4U Distribution with Smartpack2 or Smartpack S
The 4U distribution is designed to meet the demand for compact and flexible DC power solutions. It is based on building blocks and has a variety of configurations depending on power, controller, battery section and load section.

Pluggable battery breakers and DIN mounted load breakers ensures easy configurability as well as “in field” replacement. The power system has two controller options, Smartpack2 or Smartpack S which both has all the functionality required in present and future applications.

Large Power System 36 – 288kW

OFC

The Open Frame Cabinets (OFC) are complete, flat packed cabinets (or systems if delivered with power core) that can be hand-carried to the site. The principle is simplicity, right from the start. Even before installation, you will have reduced your logistics costs.

The open frame design enables unrestricted air-flow which optimizes battery cooling and ensures optimal operating conditions.

When delivered with an integrated power core you get a complete system, based on cutting edge HE power conversion technology with top class specifications and outstanding performance. Not one compromise when it comes to quality, yet assembled and installed within 15 minutes!

IFC

The Integrated Frame Cabinet (IFC) family is developed for indoor applications, with focus on streamlined assembly, multi-functional use and optionally flat packed transportation.

FPC

The indoor Frame-Based Power Cabinet (FPC) family is designed for flexibility, modular assembly and multi-cabinet installations, with or without back up batteries enabling multifunctional use. This high-end cabinet family has a rigid design, removable side panels and multiple choices of options and thus suitable for a wide range of applications.

Rectiverter, a power conversion module combining the functions of a rectifier, an inverter and a “static transfer switch” in one. The Rectiverter is a 3-port bidirectional converter that simplifies solutions providing both AC and DC power to critical loads in telecom, data centre and industrial applications. It features a power conversion efficiency of 96% in mains mode and 94% when operating as an inverter.

Combining a rectifier, which converts AC to DC, and an inverter, which converts DC to AC into one box simplifies the power system complexity, reduces system size and improves overall system reliability, resulting in a reduced total cost of ownership over the product lifetime.

Rectiverter 1U

Rectiverter Integrated/Standalone 3kVA 1phase
It can also be used as a standalone system connected to any available 48 Vdc. The system can be integrated into an Eltek DC system and connected to the same controller as the 48 Vdc system.

The total output power for both AC and DC output is limited to max 4kW AC and DC output limits can be set according to the attached load, where the limitation for AC load is set to max 3kVA.

The total output power for both AC and DC output is limited to max 8kW. AC and DC output limits can be set according to the attached load, where the limitation for AC load is set to max 6kVA and for DC load to max 4,8kW

Rectiverter 18kVA

The total output power for booth AC and DC output is limited to max 24kW. AC and DC output limits can be set according to the attached load, where the limitation for AC load is set to max 18kVA and for DC load to max 14,4kW

High efficiency and reliable IP65 power modules
A compact and insignificant exterior and a powerful interior well protected by an IP65 housing. It is prepared for mounting close to the telecom equipment on a pole or wall. The plugs provide fast connection without breaking the IP protection.

The Chameleon 48/650 HE 200ms improves quality of service in grids having short dips. The universal input Chameleon 48/650 UI can be powered from a 400 Vdc remote feed in addition to normal AC mains.

Chameleon systems
With the roll-out of 4G, LTE and other broadband services, the telecom infrastructure is installed closer to where people are. The challenge for the operators is to provide an optimal service without having a significant visual impact in the city streets, shopping malls or sports arenas.

The Chameleon S 48V 1300W IP65 system is targeting these applications. A compact and insignificant exterior and a powerful interior well protected by an IP65 housing. It is prepared for mounting close to the telecom equipment on a pole or wall.

High efficiency hybrid excellence

With an increasing number of sites in remote and inaccessible locations, with poor or no grid, supplying energy to base stations becomes an increasing part of the network operational cost. Through Eltek’s hybrid solutions the operational cost can be kept to a minimum, with very rapid return on investment.

The hybrid power solution is based on Flatpack2 product family, fully integrated into coherent, complete and flexible solutions with one single controller. A hybrid site is powered from solar panels in addition to Gen-set and/or mains connection.
