1. General provisions
1.1 Astrec Baltic OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Trainer) shall organise continuing training in accordance with the legislation in force in the field of adult education and other relevant legislation and documents.
1.2 The Training Provider shall organise in-service training for adults.
1.3 The training takes place in suitable premises at the address of the company and in other suitable premises which can be rented on an hourly basis. In-house training is also provided on the premises of the training contractor.
1.4. Training is provided throughout the year. Training is provided on the basis of a training calendar. The duration of the training shall be calculated in academic hours, with one academic hour being 45 minutes.
1.5. The training provider reserves the right to make changes to the timetable and venue of the training courses. For training courses Those who have registered for the training courses will be informed of any changes by e-mail or telephone.
1.6. The training courses will be mainly group courses. In the case of individual training, the training will be conducted The training is delivered on the basis of an individualised curriculum based on the needs of the learner.
1.7 The training is conducted in Estonian, English and Russian.

1.9 The basic document of each training course is the curriculum, which defines:

1.10. Curricula and changes to curricula are approved by the Trainer.
2.Collection and processing of personal data.
2.1 The Trainer collects the following data about the trainees: the name of the trainee, the trainee’s e-mail address, the trainee’s telephone number and the trainee’s personal identification number. The personal identification number is used to identify the participant who has completed the training and is used on the certificate or certificate issued at the end of the training. 3. Enrolment in the training and selection of the training group
3.1. Enrolment in the training course

3.2. Training group composition
3.2.1. The training group will be formed on the basis of the order of enrolment.
3.2.2 The Trainer will draw up a list of learners to attend the training.

4. Start of training and participation in the course
4.1. learners who have been admitted to the training group by the Trainer may start the training course and who have paid the training fee.
4.2 By paying the invoice, the participant confirms his/her participation in the training.
5. Procedures for completion of the training and withdrawal from the training.
5.1 The conditions for leaving the training are set out in the curriculum of each training course. The conditions of the training and who have passed the assessment (examination/test/interview) are issued with a a certificate. A learner who fails to take part in the assessment or who has not passed the assessment shall be issued with a certificate. a certificate. 5.3. A learner is excluded from a continuing training establishment on the basis of a request made by the learner, non-payment of an invoice or breach of contract. 6. Payment for training
6.1. Payment for the training is made on the basis of an invoice issued before the start of the training. The invoice will be sent by e-mail. The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.
6.2 If the payment deadline is exceeded by 45 days and/or despite reminders from the Trainer, the outstanding invoice will be passed to the collection agency for further processing.
6.3 There shall be no waiver of tuition fees at the Training Institution.
7. Withdrawal from training and refund of fees
7.1. If a person enrolled in a training course is unable to attend, he/she must be informed. (firstname.lastname@example.org). If the participant is unable to attend the course, he/she must inform the contact person of the trainer by e-mail (email@example.com).
7.2. If the enrolment is cancelled up to 7 days before the start of the course, the enrolment will be cancelled. If the participant cancels the training within 7 days of the start of the course, 100% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
7.3. If the participant cancels the course 2-6 days before the start of the course, the refund will be refunded. 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
7.4. If the enrolment is cancelled less than 48 hours before the start of the course, the course fee will be refunded. If the enrolment cancels the course less than 48 hours before the course starts or does not give notice of withdrawal, the course fee will not be refunded.
7.5. If the course is cancelled for reasons attributable to the Trainer, the enrolment fee will be refunded. 100% of the tuition fee.
7.6 The paid tuition fee can be transferred to another course.
8. Cancellation of the training
8.1 In case of interruption of the course, the tuition fee will not be refunded. If there is a valid reason for the interruption (illness, If there is a valid reason for interruption (e.g. illness, work-related leave, etc.), the learner can join the next training group.
9. Rights and obligations of the learner
9.1 The learner has the right to:
9.1.1. to demand quality training;
9.1.2. to receive information on the organisation of the course and the curriculum;

9.1.4. receive a certificate or certificate at the end of the training.
9.2 The learner is under an obligation to:
9.2.1. to act in case of emergency (fire, water accident, bomb threat, etc.) according to the instructions of the staff of the Continuing Training Institution;
9.2.2. to take good care of the equipment and other property of the Training Centre placed at his/her disposal;
9.2.3. behave in accordance with generally accepted standards of morality.
10. Dispute Resolution Procedures in Practice
10.1 Any disagreement between the Trainer and the learner shall be settled by negotiation.
